If your having trouble with coming up with ideas, a way I've found that helps is just writing down different characters you like on a sheet of paper, cutting them out, and then pulling them from a cup/bag. That way, you can leave what you draw up to fate and start drawing sooner. If that sounds like too much work, try http://artprompts.org/ - it's a great site!
